Into The Woods: A reflection on wildfires and climate change

When the smoke and the flames have ravaged everything, what will we do? Where will we go when there is nowhere to run? I fear that one day what we see on the screen will become reality, ours, our children’s, and their children.

A collection of six paintings inspired by the wildfires that have devastated Canadian regions in recent years, by global warming and its effects on the climate such as increasing temperatures, increasing numbers of heat waves, and decreasing precipitation in places. “Into The Woods” is sounding the alarm and reiterating an important message: Let’s act now to fight climate change.
